Sorry for the image quality, the lighting wasn't the same during each picture. I was in a rush. Anyway, after being lazy and having to correct some mistakes, it is in it's final stages! There is still much work to be done but this is how it will look, basically.
Billy had the art printed from Game On Grafix (formerly Mame Marquees) and I guess he had them cut it for him or only print the printed area from his template and it came out too small for the metal plate! Watch out! When I did mine I took out the layer in the template that covers the edges and let them print out all the art. Then I just cut it myself. It takes more effort but it fits in the end.
This is the page where you can upload your art to be printed:

For the SE stick, you choose the option Up to 10x16" and make sure you select Adhesive Backed and the image size you can find in the psd file. If you are using the madcatz template for the SE stick that is.
Here is the guide to paint your stick and cut out art:

Trying out both buttons, Billy thinks that seimitsus feel more sturdy than sanwa buttons, I think his friend was sold on how nice seimitsus felt that he recently ordered some. This stick here has sanwa buttons. So, sanwa aren't bad, it's just a matter of prefrence. I'm thinking that sanwa buttons are more sensitive too.
Hey, and check out my stick I made a while back:
